Lloyd F. Doré Jr. served in the
U.S. Marine Corps from 8/13/1946 until 3/19/1948.
He joined AF-ROTC
while at LSU.
Mr. Dore was activated during the
Korean War and served in the U.S. Air Force from
9/9/1951 until 9/1/1955, serving in the weather squadron and attained
the rank of 1st Lieutenant.
Mr. Dore died on
November 23, 1998.
